9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Team Photos Available
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Kid Activities 

Registration Fees

Adult Awareness Walk (ages 17 & above)  $30
Child- with event shirt (ages 5-16)  $15
Child- without event shirt (ages 16 and under)  Free
Must register by August 31st to receive an event t-shirt!

ATTENTION HEART FAMILIES!

We may be able to provide assistance to help cover lodging costs for Friday night for those Heart families traveling a long distance. Please contact Amanda Rueter at staff@lastingimprint.org for more information. 

Once again, we would like to display posters along the walk route to share our CHD stories. Please bring your poster to the event if you would like to have it displayed. 

If you or your child has not yet received a "CHD Warrior" or "my CHD Warrior has wings" shirt, please let us know. Lasting Imprint covers the cost of these shirts so there is no expense to your family.
